REVIEW AT EVERY STAGE OF MAKING

Once you have placed your order it will be in the hands of our inspection team, you may ask at any time the progress or ask for additional pictures of where your luxury carpet or rug is in the production line.  

Colour is important, design important, yarn important, every function in making your bespoke luxury carpet is very important, we check at every stage to make sure nothing is over looked.

All our custom luxury carpet orders large or small is treated the same way and we follow up with progress pictures and final report.

These are some of the main items we check,

• Correct dye tones to poms or selected colours
• Pom colours to tolerance
• Colours dyed to tolerance
• Correct weight
• Correct height
• Correct Adhesive
• Correct texture - cut - loop
• Correct tipshear percentage if applied
• Correct shape
• Design transfer
• Correct colour placement to design
• Check measurements tolerance to plan/area
• Check for no weave lines/dye lines
• Check for J tufts
• Correct carving
• Adequate protection for freight
