MORAY Specification: -

Type: custom any shape up to 4000mm wide in cut and loop or woven backing.
Weft: polyester. 
Warp: wool.
Multiple construction: woven back, cut 10mm and loop 6mm.
Design: different design can be incorporated in the same 4metre width.
Borders: different design borders can be incorporated in the same 4metre width.
Custom: weaving area outside design would be woven backing 3/4mm height to the 4-metre width. 
Colour: any colour maximum two colours. 
Blend: space dying in any colour tone can be used as one colour.
Space dyeing yarn: is treated as solid colour; so, either made in 5.5lbs or 4.5lbs when two colours. When space dyeing is required, specify the darkest and lightest colour, between are random. Space dying in this material has best effect in loop.

Yarn type 1: 100% New Zealand wool. 

Tex: 2/65 yarn
Yarn type 2: Berber wool in five fixed colours. 
Needle stitch: 1824 along width of 4000mm.
Width: up to 4000mm wide, any wider we join in production. 
Yarn weight: 4:50lb (sq. yard) in two colours any texture type. 
Yarn weight: 5:50lb (sq. yard) in one colour any texture type.
Total weight: 4:50lb 3.9KG sq. metre; 5:50lb 4.5KG square metre.
Texture: loop 6mm pile height, cut 10mm pile height woven back 3/4mm.
Design elements: cut; loop; backing; space dye; colour in any combination.

Rugs: edging can be formed with woven hemming
Backing Adhesive: latex.
Treatment: mothproofed and passed fire retardant for wool carpet.
Max roll length: 27.40 lineal metres.
Planned areas: cut to area size for easier handling.

Joins: any joins over the four-metre width to be matched and joined during production.
Production: 4 to 6 weeks.
Samples: 2 weeks plus courier time.
